CHRISETTE MICHELLE PERFORMS


Chrisette Michelle performed @ BB Kings in New York. She was looking lovely as always. I love how is owning this new style of hers. Go Girl!! Make sure to go out and cop that Chrisette Michelle "Epiphany" on May 5th. She will be coming out the same day as a somebody else (whispering Ciara) and they are getting most of the promotion. Chrisette is the REAL DEAL. I heard her sing live on Steve Harvey on last week and girl is the BUSINESS!!

ITS A BOY FOR JILL SCOTT AND FIANCE'




R&B singer and actress Jill Scott and her fiancé, drummer Lil John Roberts, have welcomed their first child, a boy, her manager confirms to PEOPLE.

Jett Hamilton Roberts was born at 4:20 p.m. on April 20. He weighed in at 7 lbs., 8 oz.

THE QUEEN BEING SUED

Two of Queen Latifah's employees have brought lawsuits against her. Make up Artist Roxanna Floyd and Stylist Susan Moses filed two lawsuits Monday in Manhattan Federal Court totaling $1 million dollars against the actress. Roxanna Floyd claims to have not been paid for assisting Queen Latifah in the development of the Queen Collections for Cover Girl Cosmetics. Susan Moses claims to have assisted in the development of the line for Queen Latifah's Curves Plus Size Lingerie.

Latifah spokeswoman Amanda Silverman said the lawsuits were "without merit."

I definitely remember the make up artist because she is the same make up artist that appeared with Queen Latifah on America's Next Top Model Cycle 7 where Caridee English became the winner.
