Wow, this is the first time I've ever seen her in a terrible photo op. She looks sick and has on way too much makeup. Where's the meat on her bones?

It's not the weight loss that's the problem, it's that "Horrible" dress! Losing weight would be great, but you've got to get good slings for them jugs!
